"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

"I will start by saying that the work they did waterproofing our basement looks good, and I am hopeful that it has fixed our problem. We've had a good bit of rain recently, and so far, so good. That, of course, is the most important thing. That said, I chose this company, even though they were on the high range of the quotes I received, because I did not mind paying more for a professional experience and great customer service. I was disappointed with this aspect of the experience. The day they were scheduled to begin they never showed up, and I ended up calling them three times that day. The woman in the office was responsive, but she said that they did not know where they were. The next scheduled appointment was for the morning, and they did not end up coming until 2pm, again without any communication. Both instances were due to car issues, but a phone call to keep me updated would have been appreciated to allow me to better plan my day. When they did start the work the crew leader was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but he offered little information about the job unless I asked. Prior to the work being done, I also had to keep after the sales representative to put their warranty in writing. Twice he promised to email it to me, and only after contacting him a third time did he send it through. If I had not paid so much (over $11,000) I would have given them another star, but at this price point my expectations were high."

"I had my foundation and basement waterproofed from the inside by Groundworx. The first bit wasn’t good bc I got my appt cancelled and then the next appt no one showed up. So, by appt #3 I got Carlton. He was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I purchased the services bc we really needed it asap as I had major mold growing in my basement from the previous owners negligence. I do feel like the price was too high but that’s a Groundworx issue. NOT a Carlton issue. I understand the rep doesn’t control the cost of services. For two days and waterproofing it was around 13-14k. It was extensive work but I did the demolition and removal myself to save $$. The work started and we had Von, Tim, Will and another gentleman. The guys were great. Beyond awesome. They explained so much and helped me with my silly questions. We really enjoyed them and they made the job site so clean it was like they were never there (except for my new pump and my ripped out basement haha 😂) they clearly know"

"This was our second time using Ethical Plumbing. As before excellent communication, customer service, expertise, and professionalism.
We discovered a sewer line leak during an excavation next to our basement wall. Called in the morning to setup an appointment and they were able to schedule a time same day between 2 - 4PM. Received a call from owner at 1:20 that they were on the way. They arrived at 1:35 and examined the sewer line leak. While surveying the area they detected the main water line needed repair due to improper plumbing from sometime in past. So, they repaired the sewer line, main water line, and installed a missing shut off valve in interior. After the repairs they properly tested the new connections for any leaks or issues. 
Again, an excellent contractor that we can trust when it comes to our biggest investment.
