Josh Eubanks and his crew were excellent. Josh was always responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. I find his work ethic harder to come by these days. He is very experienced and does excellent work quickly. My roof has unique features and Josh knew exactly what to do. He helped me pick out the color of shingles I wanted also. He helped me deal with my insurance company and provided all the documentation they requested. He has done small repairs for me in the past, with the same quick and excellent service. We have had several very hard rains since installation, and have had no problems at all.

Excellent work. We were working with a limited budget & They were able to repair one section for use very affordably until we were able to have the whole roof replaced. When they did the replacement they finished ahead of schedule and left our yard very clean (better than they found it) would highly recommend josh and his team for any and ALL of your roofing needs

Josh Eubanks came himself and installed the shingles and waterproofed membrane. The roof leaked 3 years later and he was not to be contacted and never returned a call or message. Roof was not repaired!

Called and left a message, no reply, called again and left a second the next day. They called and said they could come the next day and look at problem. They called me ahead of when they were coming so I could meet them. They swept the debris off my roof to find problem, and found it. Next he recommended two options for repair and performed the repair I chose. I then asked him about re-roofing a small irrigation pump house. He gave a good price and covering option and came back on a scheduled day and repaired and re-roofed it. Nice people, nice work. It was nice to work with someone who will do what they say, supports all customers' needs, even for a small project. Of course I also had him give me an estimate for when I need to have a new roof in a few years. He did without hesitation and offered, again, good options.

I thought I would provide a review 5 years after Eubanks installed a new roof.
1.  Price was good.  He provided upgraded 35 year shingles due to lower installation costs
2.  Installation took 4 1/2 days.  It took them longer than other contractors in the neighborhood (there were a lot of new roofs installed at that time due to hail storms) but their work crew was smaller
3.  Within 6 months, I had leaks.  Vent pipe weren't sealed and I had another leak in the middle of the roof that I thought was addressed after I called them.
3.  A year after install, I found out they filled my gutter with nails and debris.  Nothing else to say, except it's not professional and caused my gutters to become blocked and overflow
4.  4 years after the roof was installed, I got another leak.  It's very sporadic and hard to pinpoint.  It's small and doesn't happen every rainstorm, but it's there.  Made several calls to Eubanks, and talked to the receptionist.  Never received a call back from Eubanks to come look at the problem and gave up.
5.  After 4 3/4 years, I've had another contractor come look at the leak.  In his works, the roofing job was amateurish.  Roof tiles weren't spaced correctly, tack strips are exposed, sloppy sealant around the vent pipes, etc, etc.
To sum it up, I got what I paid for.  He was about $1000 less than other contractors and I thought I was getting a good deal.  Now I'm going to pay another company to come in and fix the mess.  And no, I don't intend to call him again even though the "5 year warranty" is still in effect.  Has their work improved in the last 5 years?  Possibly.  All I know is the roof install hasn't held up and they wouldn't return my calls about the latest leaks.

I had called around for estimates since  my roof was relatively new and had been replaced in 2009.  Naturally, they were my first call but the estimate given, I felt, was terribly over-priced at over $600.  I made 2 more calls and went with the one I reached first so was very happy with the outcome.
Josh asked for my address and told me he would be letting me know what his price was.  It was within hours I heard from him and the cost was far more reasonable, especially considering there were only a few loose shingles.  He fixed the same day and all looks great.

Josh showed up promptly to give me an initial estimate. I had gotten a total of 4 estimates for my roof replacement. Eubanks was a great price. I contacted him a few days later and they showed up 2 days after the commitment. They did an excellent job, the roof looks great!!!! They cleaned everything up. His guys are great. Very pleased.

My experience with them was good. They were prompt.

I like everything about him. He is very upfront with me. He didn't charge me anything to check my roof out.
