"Hired a professional to install 2 hand rails for my parents. One was installed on the front porch brick steps and one on the back porch brick steps. "Outstanding- John worked had to install the video doorbell, couldn’t get to work? Had the Ring Tech folks on the line w/him for 30 minutes! He checked lines, voltage etc. way beyond the call of duty! Ring determined the kit may be defective! He still installed everything to enable me to merely switch out the kit once it came! Very professional, efficient and kind! The system came on line by itself 4 hrs Later!?"
