Plus Scott and his team went out of their way to over build to make sure we were safe but also make it aesthetically pleasing. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Marc was very professional and responded to my calls promptly. He took the time to visit my home to assess my needs and make good recommendations for me to feel safe in my home. Tory was the technician who was assigned to do the work at my home. He arrived on a Saturday afternoon and worked very hard until the rain came. He offered an even better suggestion, as one of the lights was about 30 feet in the air, and might be tough to pick up the motion. He offered to come back on his day off to finish the job. Tory came back on his day off, , worked very hard, did an excellent job and was extremely professional. The lights are great and work perfectly. I feel so much safer. He is an excellent electrician. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. As if that wasn't enough he was so personable and nice! I will certainly use MI Electric again, but I will specifically request Tory. He was fantastic!!!!

"Contract was signed Oct. 15 2014, to be completed in 90 days. Finish was Feb.10 2015. Slight delays with weather and holidays. I was kept aware of all schedules. The builder used subcontractors. All were very professional and friendly. The work was well done. I was guided thru the process of a new construction with patients and reassurance. 
 The construction consisted of demolition and removal of the old garage. The ground was built up and prepared for a concrete slab, The framing and roughed in plumbing and electric were done within a week. Gary the GC made sure the property looked neat and clean after construction. It was a very smooth build.

"Except for numerous meetings with Chuck and/or his manager regarding details, the total experience was a plus... from providing estimate to job completion.  We had two bathrooms totally remodeled (one at a time) which took about 3 weeks.  Hallways and adjacent rooms were well protected from dust and debris by Rick and his team as they worked, and complete cleanup was provided at the end of each day... nothing left behind except in the room in which they were working.  My wife and I felt comfortable leaving our home each day to conduct various activities.   Excellent finished project!

"We have lived in this house about a year.  (The house is 12 years old).   When we bought the house the inspection report noted that there were cracks in the masonry due to normal settlement.  The inspection report noted that these should be repaired to prevent water penetration.  Doug did a full inspection of the exterior of the house to locate all cracks in bricks and masonry.
It went very well.  All the work done was outside we had a couple of delays due to weather - Severe thunderstorms.
Doug and his crew arrived on time and had all the work done in short order.
The job site was cleaned up and my back porch was much cleaner after they left than it was before they started!
