They were both very personable and Andy took a few minutes to explain what they were going to be doing. Andy pointed out a couple of things that need attention along the way and at the end gave me a complete summary of any problems, with pictures and suggestions.He was not high pressure at all and told me what could wait and what needed to be fixed soon. He is getting a price for some heat strips to be replaced in one of the units and I will have them install them. I will definitely use them again."
