He was very courteous and took great care while working in the house removing the old toilets, one upstairs and one on the main floor, crossing over hard wood floors and carpet as he did his work. He even left his shoes on the front door mat without being asked! Josh hauled away the old toilets and even took with him the cardboard boxes and packing materials the new toilets came in. "Plumber arrived on time. He repaired the leaking pipes and replaced the toilet tank flapper and valve. The toilet flapper replacement alone didn't completely correct the problem. So the plumber replaced the valve apparatus. He made sure the leaks were fixed by rechecking them just before leaving. Excellent work! Would hire again!"
