Pedretty’s did an amazing job! The tile we chose for our backsplash was a handmade clay tile. It required Pedretty’s to soak and then hand select each tile prior to install to ensure the pattern was consistent and intentional. And they did exactly that! They respected and executed all of my requests and were extremely professional. They completed the project with patience and thoughtfulness. Will definitely call them again for future work! Gabriella and Ruben were excellent to work with. They are extremely responsive and transparent. I called 6 contractors to give me quotes for my project and chose Gabriella and Ruben because of their responsiveness. Ruben completely Re riled my bathroom and built a custom tile shower. Fantastic work by an honest contractor. Installer showed up on time, worked happily, communicated well, did the job with skill - and even cleaned up after his work! Office worked well with installer to communicate well and follow up before, during, and after the project. Great team - and great work! Predetty’s workers did a terrific job for us replacing bathroom ceramic wall tile that had to be removed to fix a plumbing leak and in repairing woodpecker holes in multiple places in our exterior cedar siding. Gabriella was very responsive to our requests and the workers not only did a very professional job but did significantly more work than we had requested, all for the amount quoted. I will not hesitate to hire them again and enthusiastically recommend them.

From the first point of contact we were happy we found Pedretty’s - from Gabriela’s super responsiveness to Ruben’s attention to detail we couldn’t be happier with our experience choosing them. At one point we ran out of tile for the entry area and Ruben found us an exact match - that could’ve easily been a pain but Ruben was so quick to have a solution. We have a 1980s house and the floor and transitions are a bit odd with random small steps in weird places but Ruben’s work made the steps look intentional and the transitions are just beautiful. He added tile details in the most unlikely places - places where the previous tile installer slapped a chunky transition piece and called it a day. You can tell he cares about the quality of the finished product. We have another bathroom to renovate in the future and we will absolutely hire then again!

All-around excellence! The work was performed to perfection! Ruben is a master of his craft. Aside from the fact that the tile was installed beautifully, Ruben is also very neat and has a lot of attention to detail. Gabriela kept me informed the entire time. Ruben, Gabrielle and the entire crew are awesome and so easy to work with. Everyone was so professional and courteous! The work was absolutely OUTSTANDING! There were some problems but not their fault. They did however step up and try to help fix what someone else did wrong. Very commendable on their part and we could never thank them enough for going above and beyond for us ,they didnt have to!. Truly good people with a good work ethic and pride in what they do! This is extremely hard to find these days. We have already discussed plans on Ruben coming back with the crew to replace the flooring in the master bedroom and living room! If I could give them 100 stars I would!❤
