"This was for a repair to walls and a ceiling following a water leak. Had to replace the drywall in the bathroom as well as the garage and paint. The ceiling was stippled, and I was concern with getting it to match the other half of the ceiling. During the project, communication was very good and they were there when they said theyâ d be...no waiting around. Punctuality and timing are keys for me and they checked all the boxes. On the first day I was introduced to the foreman Juan, who was my point of contact. Each day It was clear what the goal for the day was. At the conclusion of the day theyâ d let me know the status, let me know what to expect the next day and would ask if I had any questions. When it came time to stipple the ceiling, Juan brought out a piece of drywall and he demonstrated different application. At one point I was good with it, but he still thought he could get it even closer. Upon completion, itâ s hard to determine what is new and what is old. They did a Great Job!! Giving stars is one way of showing your level of satisfaction, but the true measure of satisfaction in this type situation is...would you hire them again for a future project?? "At first I gave them a bad review because of the person they sent to do the work. After talking to the owner and his team I understood a little more of what went into this project. It was not a simple project to begin with and I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. After sending other people to finish the project my bathroom is coming along nicely. They are even fixing the mistakes the first person made. Over all the team is very nice and easy to work with. Being a recently widowed woman Tim met me at Floor & Decor to help me with the items I needed to buy. He let me pick what I wanted but was there for guidance.
