They go WAY above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the work and explain what's needed in layman's terms. Mr Jackson is amazingly friendly and you can tell he is a good man just by talking to him. They are someone I trust and for me-that is worth the price of paying for any repair. They atr courtesy and knowledgeable, ask the question did he the check the refrigerator out? His response were it is so much that the home warranty will allow them to do. So, the answer were no without putting in another service order. Don’t understand.

I called around several places in Greenville and Jacksons was the only place that could have a service guy to my house within two days. He showed up right on schedule. It took him about twenty minutes to fix my oven the noise my refrigerator had been making for months. Very professional, friendly, and affordable.
Update 4/21/2025: Jacksons did a great job again on my dishwasher. They're my go-to appliance fixers.
