I am Terry Bradley graduated from the Citadel University in 1986. I have 20 years Construction experience. I became a licensed Residential Home Builder in 1999. I have extensive education and experience in the following areas: residential home building; home remodeling; installation of siding, roofing and windows; operations management; employee development; and green building practices.

Metal roof installation went well, but leaks occurred within five years. Customer service has been spotty with some difficulty getting responses or follow up. I have received NO satisfaction from complaints that Bradley painters painted shut every window in my house.

Knocked it out and made the house look fabulous, ---------------------------------------------------------Deck or Porch - Build or Replace Took a few times for the painters to get it right, but awesome carpentry. Denny and Rick were super and Terry was right there making sure everything was to our satisfaction! --------------------------------------------------------Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace The guys did an over and above job and installed the two doors and screen doors!

I had exhaust fans installed in 2 bathrooms, a bathtub replaced with a shower. The finished work was great. My only gripe would be when a subcontractor can't work they should let the property owner know to reschedule the work.

Considering the set back incurred by very bad weather conditions, the project went smoothly and well once underway. Vaughn Mitchell kept in contact with us during the whole time. Our only negative comment is that the guttering at the rear should not have been positioned into the cut-out running along the base of the house. The whole reason for the guttering at the rear was to channel water elsewhere. Perhaps Bradley's could look at this for us. Considering we are not living in SC yet, Bradley's took good care of us. Thank you!

THE GUYS DID GREAT WORK IN A TMLY MANER. WE HAD A NEW ROOF, SOFIT, AND GUTTERS AND IT LOOKS GREAT.. THE ONLY DETRACTOR WAS CLEAN UP. I HAD TO HAVE BRADLY COME BACK OUT AND CLEAN UP THE HOUSE. SOME OF THE GUYS ACTUALLY PUT TRASH IN A PILE BACK OF OUR PROPERTY AND THREW A DOUBLE HANDFULL OS NAILS IN OUR CREEK.

The work of Terry's folks and subcontractors was excellent, and exceeded our expectations. However, the project logistics was rough, and a lot more time was spent waiting for cabinets, granite countertop, electricians, etc. Left the home in disarray for longer than we had experienced in previous kitchen remodeling projects. Also, the original granite countertop was removed, so that new cabinetry could be installed, with no coordination with us, Terry authorized an unnecessary cut in the largest piece, so coordination with the homeowner is also a weakness. Once the process was completed the end product was exquisite. And the installation workmanship above expectations.

Bradley Construction completed replacing vinyl siding on my home. They did a good job; I would give five stars for the quality of the work. My only concern was that they used a sub-contractor without telling me in advance. I was unable to verify whether the crew, which varied from day to day, was properly insured.

Bradley Construction did a great job renovating my master bedroom and bath. I recommend them very highly! My renovation was an extensive project which they completed ahead of schedule. Everyone that worked on the project was skilled, polite and helpful. They cleaned everything up every day, communicated clearly and helped keep the cost down. I will use them again for other projects in my home!
