"This was for a repair to walls and a ceiling following a water leak. Had to replace the drywall in the bathroom as well as the garage and paint. The ceiling was stippled, and I was concern with getting it to match the other half of the ceiling. During the project, communication was very good and they were there when they said theyâ d be...no waiting around. Punctuality and timing are keys for me and they checked all the boxes. On the first day I was introduced to the foreman Juan, who was my point of contact. Each day It was clear what the goal for the day was. At the conclusion of the day theyâ d let me know the status, let me know what to expect the next day and would ask if I had any questions. When it came time to stipple the ceiling, Juan brought out a piece of drywall and he demonstrated different application. At one point I was good with it, but he still thought he could get it even closer. Upon completion, itâ s hard to determine what is new and what is old. They did a Great Job!! Giving stars is one way of showing your level of satisfaction, but the true measure of satisfaction in this type situation is...would you hire them again for a future project?? "One of the three windows in my living room had moisture in between the pane.  In order to replace all three panes had to be replaced as it was one large window encased in wood.  The replacement window had to be made of wood so it could be painted to match the outside of my house and the inside had to be stained.  Bryan came out and determined what I needed done and he located someone that could make a replacement.  The replacement window was perfect, it appeared to be well made.  The installers did a great job, they had to make some new molding as my old molding did not fit, however the new molding blends with the other wood in the room although my house is 30 years old.  All of the employees were very professional, courteous and very skilled at their job.  I will call Five Star Windows and Remolding agin when I need some work done as they do more than just install windows.
