"Radiant has 100% completed the contract agreement plus some to help Joann out. This was an insurance claim and both, us and adjuster went above and beyond to help her. We never saw the water heater, fore it was on the other side of the house nor was it leaking at the time when we were there. The claim DID NOT pay for things she is complaining about, they never paid to remove any insulation or debris. Joann has called screaming at us, blaming us for several things that we just simple did not touch or had nothing do to with. In fact, were the ones who went back out to help and see what was going on and she claims she had sudden high-water bill. That's when we discovered the water tank was leaking. We even helped her find a plumber to replace it. After all that, she called and claimed that her plumber told her all this stuff that we didn't to. I don't think the plumber knows what we were in contract to do but we still offended to meet him at the house to go over what Joann is claiming. We have not heard from her again. Over the holidays she had contacted and threatened the remediation company for no reason. Again, we still offer to go back there anytime. We also have many of pictures from the last time we were there. Joann's house is very old and needs a lot of work that she doesn't have the money for. We are not the first company/people she has does this to."
