"This was for a repair to walls and a ceiling following a water leak. Had to replace the drywall in the bathroom as well as the garage and paint. The ceiling was stippled, and I was concern with getting it to match the other half of the ceiling. During the project, communication was very good and they were there when they said theyâ d be...no waiting around. Punctuality and timing are keys for me and they checked all the boxes. On the first day I was introduced to the foreman Juan, who was my point of contact. Each day It was clear what the goal for the day was. At the conclusion of the day theyâ d let me know the status, let me know what to expect the next day and would ask if I had any questions. When it came time to stipple the ceiling, Juan brought out a piece of drywall and he demonstrated different application. At one point I was good with it, but he still thought he could get it even closer. Upon completion, itâ s hard to determine what is new and what is old. They did a Great Job!! Giving stars is one way of showing your level of satisfaction, but the true measure of satisfaction in this type situation is...would you hire them again for a future project?? "Wanted to add sunroom to home. Had asked around for years to find contractor I could trust due to problems building previous home and past experiences over the years. Finally contacted Bradley Construction due to numerous good reviews online. Owner, Terry Bradley and supervisor, David came over and evaluated project and gave price which was around what I wanted to invest. It was apparent to me Terry was extremely knowledgable of construction, codes, etc and I felt fairly confident from the start. Started the project shortly thereafter. David, the on site supervisor checked in frequently, every day at times involving me in all decisions and Terry made periodic inspections. They were pickier than I was. Denny who did large part of construction was absolutely, without a doubt the best carpenter I have ever encountered (I bought my first home in 1972 and have had numerous projects since). His work was superb. I also had them replace back door due to damage from the elements and found further damage which was repaired. I was so happy with this I had them replace the two windows from home to sunroom. I inquired about replacing front door which didn't open open and close the way I wanted but Denny just fixed that in short order and it works beautifully. I couldn't be happier with Bradley Construction. My only regret is that I didn't know about them before I purchased this home . I would have had them construct one for me."

"We purchased a lake home that was built in the late 80's and was extremely dated. I hired Bradley Construction because of their great customer reviews. They did not disappoint! The reno involved removing vinyl siding and replacing with cement fiber board, painting interior and exterior, adding stacked stone to facade and fireplace, painting kitchen cabinets and installing granite in the kitchen and guest bath. Also removed almost the entire rear wall of the house and re-framed for a 12' slider for maximum lake view and access to a new deck. The old small deck was replaced with a beautiful new deck that spans the entire rear of the house, creating a large and beautiful outdoor space. They also had to remove several areas of concrete walkways and a large concrete parking pad, and pour a new walkway and enlarged parking pad for two vehicles. We had a moderate amount of electrical work done as well... From my very first meeting with Terry, to my daily contact with Stephen and many of their crews, I've been highly impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The work is very high quality... They turned a tired old lake shack into a beautiful home... I highly recommend Bradley Construction! By the way, Stephen, my project manager, went way above and beyond on many occasions... He is a rock star..."

Challenges that that had led me to hire a professional instead of doing a self install were easily resolved. Removal and replacement was completed as we discussed. He went over operation of the faucet and motion sense electronics with me after the install. Job was completed with time and cost as discussed prior to hire. Installed faucet looks great."
