"This was for a repair to walls and a ceiling following a water leak. Had to replace the drywall in the bathroom as well as the garage and paint. The ceiling was stippled, and I was concern with getting it to match the other half of the ceiling. During the project, communication was very good and they were there when they said theyâ d be...no waiting around. Punctuality and timing are keys for me and they checked all the boxes. On the first day I was introduced to the foreman Juan, who was my point of contact. Each day It was clear what the goal for the day was. At the conclusion of the day theyâ d let me know the status, let me know what to expect the next day and would ask if I had any questions. When it came time to stipple the ceiling, Juan brought out a piece of drywall and he demonstrated different application. At one point I was good with it, but he still thought he could get it even closer. Upon completion, itâ s hard to determine what is new and what is old. They did a Great Job!! Giving stars is one way of showing your level of satisfaction, but the true measure of satisfaction in this type situation is...would you hire them again for a future project?? Without hesitation the answer is absolutely yes!! Again, great job to Rodrigo, Juan and the rest of the JR Contractors team!"

"The men who started the drywall/ painting work did not finish it but were replaced by another man who did not patch or sand the drywall as well as could have been done & the biggest problem involved the installation of the closet doors. Their man installed one of the louvered doors backwards (didn't know the difference) so others had to come in & correct his mistakes. Also, the halogen light bulbs in vanity light fixtures were not installed using gloves as directions specified, but they did replace when pointed out. We did have to keep on them to do in timely manner. Overall, the project turned out like we wanted, but getting there was problematic with workmen assigned."
