About the owner - Terry Bradley graduated from the Citadel University in 1986. He has 25 years construction experience. He became a licensed residential home builder in 1999. He has extensive education and experience in the following areas - residential home building, home remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, decks, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, pressure washing and gutter installation. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Carpet Sales and Installation
Bradley Construction was a lifesaver! After a tree sideswiped our house, damaging the roof, gutters, and causing water to leak into a bedroom, we were overwhelmed. Thankfully, Denny, the project manager, stepped in and made the entire process stress-free. They acted quickly to assess the damage and got to work immediately. The repairs were handled with exceptional professionalism, and they ensured everything?from the roof to the interior water damage?was restored to perfection. Denny kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service is unmatched. The final result is very good and the quality of work from individual subcontractors was good, but the lack of a *documented* master plan with sketches and instructions, combined with less-than-stellar two-way communication between the project manager (Mark) and various workers did lead to a few avoidable hiccups. However, Mark was excellent at communicating with us and very flexible in accommodating our desires and dealing with surprises. Documentation on the charges was highly detailed and explained thoroughly. That said, we are *very* pleased with the final product both in quality and endpoint cost; we would consider hiring you for future projects.

The gentleman came out. He preferred to talk about problems rather than solutions. He pointed out an area of the facial board, which he claimed was rotted. Having worked in home construction as a teenager, I knew it wasn't, but I only said that I thought it wasn't rotted. Two other people provided estimates and both said the wood in question was definitely not rotted, but only chipped paint. I don't know if the gentleman didn't need the business or perhaps thought I looked stupid. No way I would do business with this fellow.

"My name is Terry Bradley. I am the owner of Bradley Construction, LLC. My project managers are all instructed, and I will only accept, that they build using “Best Building Practices.” This gentleman wanted to cover his fascia with metal. That’s a simple task. However, Best Building Practice” is to remove the gutters, install the metal, and reattach the gutters. The alternative would be to slide the metal to the bottom of the gutter ferrules and leave the top half of the fascia uncovered and unprotected. The result would be water getting trapped behind the metal (if the gutter backed up with water) and would most certainly cause rot. Also, my project manager saw a few places that could have had some rot. He told the customer that if we did the work and it was indeed rotten, then we would need to remove and replace it. There are plenty of people in this business that don’t know what they are doing or couldn’t care less about doing it right. I am proud to say that is not my organization."

Another company started a custom shower install, but everything went wrong from shoddy work to delays in receiving orders to workers not arriving on time (or not at all). After I hired Bradley Construction, I realized I should have hired them in the first place. The project manager stayed on top of the project and made sure everything was completed properly and on schedule. They also installed new countertops in the bathroom. They did an excellent job. I could not have been more pleased!

We worked with Mark Crosby with Bradley Construction LLC. From estimate to completion Mark was a fantastic communicator with our kitchen remodel. Mark kept us informed on what was happening and what days things would be happening. I am so delighted with our new kitchen. The final invoice was very close to estimate. We added a few electrical features that changed the pricing. They finished the job with in the time period promised.

This is the second time we have asked Bradley Construction to take on a project and it simply turned out EXACTLY the way we hoped it would. The task was to turn a small deck that had some simple screens installed into a 12 month room with corner stone wood burning fireplace, tongue and groove vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, extra insulation and EzeBreeze windows allowing for both the screened in porch feel and also the sunroom feel anytime. From initial design meeting to full completion, the project ran very smoothly with professional skilled people. Our project manager, Rick Burgen keep us informed as well as any construction project I've been part of, and I've been involved in dozens both residential and commercial. This team is top notch starting with the owner, Terry Bradley, and throughout the organization! We love it, and use the space every day!

I don’t write many reviews, but I was inspired to write this one. It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Mr. Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hats off to our project manager, Rick, and to all of Terry’s team, especially Marcus – I could not give a stronger recommendation. We have had some challenges with construction teams in the past, but not this time – they simply tell you what they are going to do and then they deliver – and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for!

My husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget. They listened to our needs and customized aspects of the build to meet those needs. When problems came up, as they do in construction, they were honest in their explanations and devised plans to fix the situation. We have now lived in the house for several months and are very happy with the work. So happy, in fact, that we have contracted with them again, this time to remodel the outside of our house.

Wanted to add sunroom to home. Had asked around for years to find contractor I could trust due to problems building previous home and past experiences over the years. Finally contacted Bradley Construction due to numerous good reviews online. Owner, Terry Bradley and supervisor, David came over and evaluated project and gave price which was around what I wanted to invest. It was apparent to me Terry was extremely knowledgable of construction, codes, etc and I felt fairly confident from the start. Started the project shortly thereafter. David, the on site supervisor checked in frequently, every day at times involving me in all decisions and Terry made periodic inspections. They were pickier than I was. Denny who did large part of construction was absolutely, without a doubt the best carpenter I have ever encountered (I bought my first home in 1972 and have had numerous projects since). His work was superb. I also had them replace back door due to damage from the elements and found further damage which was repaired. I was so happy with this I had them replace the two windows from home to sunroom. I inquired about replacing front door which didn't open open and close the way I wanted but Denny just fixed that in short order and it works beautifully. I couldn't be happier with Bradley Construction. My only regret is that I didn't know about them before I purchased this home . I would have had them construct one for me.

It went as smoothly as possible considering how stretched the crews were with all the homes damaged after tornado. The subcontracted crews did mostly a very good job. They were friendly and helpful but it was necessary to get some of them back to either redo or complete areas that should have been done a little better the first time around. Rick, the project manager, was awesome. He was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Marcus, who I called the “finisher”, could not have been more friendly and “johnny on the spot” when called upon to do touch up work or, in some cases, to fix a few things that needed extra attention. I am very pleased how my house turned out in the end and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a contractor.

Bradley Construction gave me quick quotes on my repair, explained where to go to get samples of supplies, and started right away on my project. They installed a new ceiling in a large basement room, painted ceiling and walls, and installed new LVT flooring in most of basement and Hall. They finished the job, did excellent work, and helped me put all my furniture back in place!

I could not be happier with Bradley Construction. From the owners involvement through to the project Manager and last but certainly not least the Carpenter they all did an amazing job. This was a big deck remodel and the additional of a water collection and drainage system. During the work the project manager was on site reviewing the details with my wife and I while everyday the Carpenter made sure I was happy with the prior days' work.
