"I called for one leaky toilet...and hey, while you’re here, will you check all of them? They are all a little shaky. Turned out, my pipes were old and done improperly. Drains were running uphill that should go down (so that’s why it takes so long for the sink to clear!) Toilets were cracked, water heater was old...bandaid everything for x amount or double it for a 10 year warranty. I chose the warranty. 2 days later, my house is functioning well with a new water heater and all new pipes, thank you to Ryan, Axle and James who literally RAN from place to place to get my house up and running before the weekend. "A large tree fell on my home during storm & I hired another contractor to complete repairs which included replacing 9-12 rafters/sheathing/shingles, re-building small front porch & adding 3 windows to sunroom. Original contractor installed the windows & did a lot of work on the roof but were very slow & work was sub-par.....they also had issues getting project permitted & I finally had to let them go. I was in a real bind to get repairs completed as I was in the middle of re-financing house when the storm hit. I contacted Commonwealth & they were able to come out & assess what needed to be done. They got the permits right away & got started. Most of the previous work had to be re-done....they removed the windows & added headers & proper support & re-installed, repaired roof & re-built front porch. All work was done professionally & in a timely manner. Also installed interior trim (baseboards/windowsills/frame) in sunroom, which I requested at the last minute, so house would be ready for appraisal. They did a nice job matching the original trim on older home. Would definitely hire again."
