We had a water heater installed and it turned out to be more of a challenge than expected, but Jorge worked through it, staying all day and when it still wouldn’t work, through no fault of the plumber (faulty system), replaced it with another new system that did work. The service was excellent and the company was so helpful and did not charge me until everything was working properly.
