The offered windows, Wincore 8800 are terrible. 1. window latched lock up. My wife can not close and lock them. 50% of the windows do not stay open, they slide closed. For $1800 a window we were taken for a ride. The Charleston Top Tier wants nothing to do with us. Go with their gutters but nothing else!!

I spoke with Barry the salesman about an issue (not their fault) that I had which required my gutters to be removed. He sent Taylor out to remove my gutters and Taylor did an OUTSTANDING job removing them and reinstalling one side of my gutters. Iâ m so happy that I chose this company to do my gutters because they definitely delivered with customer satisfaction, attentiveness, and speed of fixing my issue at hand which wasnâ t their fault. If you want a very professional company with GREAT service then donâ t hesitate to hire these guys to do your gutter work. Overall did a good job.

We had Top Tier Home Improvements install gutters with leave protection on our home. They also fixed some siding issues we had, along with some metal work. We were very satisfied with their customer service and turn around time. Would definitely recommend.

Gutter installation 5 *, sliding door install 4 star, bc of finishing. Management / Technicians very responsive.

I had posted on Monday Oct 14 about not hearing from Top Tier after 5 weeks of ordering a new sliding glass door for my home. I was not a happy camper. Within 2-3 hrs I heard from Top Tier with an opolgy and installation would start on Wed of that week at 2 pm. Cory and two great guys showed up at the house and started working on replacing the 20 yr old door. Cory opologized for the missed communication and the problem was resolved. Bottom line is the work was perfect with great clean up as well. The new door is better than I had thought it would be. I will hire Top Tier again and again. Thank you Cory

It'ss been 5 weeks to the day and no new door yet. No call when its going to be installed, nothing. I was going to call them today and see if they are still in business. The contract said the door would be installed in 3-5 weeks. Not very happy with these guys. If they can't do it, then refund my money and 'lll get someone else

Great work on the pricey side

Salesman was very good but that s where it stops their did not do a good job of communicating with you didn t call for 2 weeks about measuring the windows also Didn t called to say the windows were in one window was damaged when it was put in call to have it replaced still haven t heard anything that was a month ago would not hire them again
