We had a pool installed in July. Now we are creating our outdoor living space. Other than time management its been great working with Bryan. He stays late to get the job completed and his pricing was the best I got out of 7 quotes. I then hired him to install a pump in my backyard and that too has went well. Currently, he is working on my filtration/aggeration issues to stop the rainwater from washing away my backyard. Bryan is always polite and patient to explain our choices and the cost benefits of them. I appreciate his text of photos & website for clairty. He's very thorough and always cleans up after himself. He recently hired an office assistant, so hopefully that will make a huge difference in his scheduled appointments & communication.

Our water was full of iron and left our toilets, showers, sinks, and even parts of washing machine orange. We have been dealing with this issue for many years and were sick of dealing with it. Recently, Bryan at Southeast Plumbing and Gas installed a water filtration system to our existing ( salt) water softener. It’s has been about 2 months now and so far the iron on any surfaces has not returned. Before the new system , the iron would have started to return within a few days. We are very satisfied with this new system so far and are looking forward to no more terrible iron or terrible smell. Our water also had a terrible sulfur , sometimes , metallic smell. Bryan said he could guarantee no iron in water once I had new filtration system installed but could not guarantee the odor would be gone. But he also told us that he felt that once he installed new filtration system that with the carbon filters that most probably the smell would go away or smell better. Well, he was right - the new filters took away the smell too, except in faucets that do not get used daily. Also, he thought he was going to have to add some parts to my system, but after checking my existing system , he told me that my system already had those parts on it-he could save me$200.00. I thanked him for being so honest. He could have pocketed the $200.00 and I wouldn’t have known that my system already had those parts. So he was very honest to tell me that and I really appreciated it!! We are very pleased with our new filtration system. Bryan did a great job and we appreciate all of his efforts to do his best for us to have a water system that gives us fresh smelling - no iron-good water!! He was very kind and respectful. AMAZING! If we could give Bryan a 100 star review, we would! What a professional, courteous and highly skilled young man! He repaired things we knew needed attention as well as found a mess under our house from our original contractor that could have cost us a fortune if it had not been discovered. He was highly knowledgeable in our Brizzo products by Delta. His price and solution were a fraction of the cost and did not require the removal of our bathroom marble as we had been told by other plumbers. He is a super young man and takes great pride in his work! We’ve NEVER had better quality service! Thank you, Bryan!

"I’m sorry you feel this way sir, especially when we went well out of our way and scope of contracted work to provide you with completely code compliant and stellar work. This , of course was according to the LLR investigator who came out and gave our company a passing score on 5 issues you stated in your complaint, only to find out later that you, in fact were the one that ended up with a hefty monetary sanction from LLR for doing allegedly illegal work to your property, disregarding permit laws. The list of the mistakes you made were so vast that you cast them onto all of your sub contractors, in fact. At least you tried anyway. Only it was a complete failure."

I cannot say enough good things about Bryan. We were in an emergency situation after our Thanksgiving guests decided to flush an unbelievable amount of wipes down our toilets. Ugh. Bryan answered the phone on a Sunday, scheduled us for the very next day. We have had terrible luck with plumbers in our area, Bryan is now our go to. He is honest, reliable, very reasonably priced and just a great guy. Definitely someone you feel comfortable with in your home and just letting him do his thing. What a lifesaver! Thank you Bryan!! We will see you in a few weeks for more projects!

My family came home Friday night to discover that our septic tank was backing up into our showers. We called every septic tank draining company in the area and we either got voicemail (they were closed), or they didn't come out as far as my house. The earliest I could get someone to commit to was Tuesday (remember, it was a Friday night). I had already called two of the companies Angi recommended. Southeast Plumbing and Gas was the third. Even though septic draining is not normally one of the jobs that this company does, they agreed to come out and save the day for us (in the middle of the night!!). Bryan, the owner, not only drained our tank, but he also repaired and redesigned our septic line for better flow and installed a clean out valve. We are in a better position now than we were when we bought the house!

I submitted a request for a quote from 3 different places. Brian called me about 5 minutes after. It was a Saturday around 7pm. I explained the problem to him and he told me he could come as soon as he finished a call he was going to. Even though it was late he still came and figured out the issue! He was very polite and respectful. Very fair pricing. I completely recommend using him for any plumbing needs.

I would love to shout out to Mr. Bryan Hollis at Southeast Septic Systems. Mr. Hollis has been in the plumbing/septic business for 23 years. He has built his own septic pump system and is still in the process of making improvements. When I called him he had planned to come that evening but had some unforeseen circumstances to arise. So we made an apt for the following night. He came that night and inspected our septic problem and told us it needed to be pumped. So he started the process. He stayed there to 10.30pm and made sure the septic tank was properly pumped. He also told us some tricks to keeping it in good running condition. He charged us for a third of the price other companies have quoted. He had my problem taken care of in only 2 days. No other companies work that quick. Also the passion he has for his customers is amazing. He truly care for them and gives them the best service possible. I definitely will refer him to all my friends! Great job Bryan!
