He was happy to quote a few a la carte options such as French drains so that we would have time to think through what we wanted to purchase. The final product came out amazing! He and his team graded out back yard, helped the soft areas firm up by bringing in some stone to mix in with the soil, and then put some more top-fill and sod over it.
