When I tried to get them to complete the work needed, he generated a quote that was 4x what I ended up paying from another company to avoid coming back out to the house. I didnt appreciate the way the phone calls were handled. The tech who came to the house was very polite, and explained everything to my wife so there was no misunderstandings."
