"What a great experience! I had no hesitation hiring Josh and Sarah after meeting them and hearing their recommendations for remediation. I thought my problem was in the attic but after a thorough inspection, the issue was clearly in the crawl space. "The old plastic ground cover was replaced by heavy duty clean plastic. The crawl space was cleaned and mold was removed. Open vents were sealed. A device that monitors humidity level was installed.

"Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. Overall, I highly recommend C&S Construction & Handyman Services for any jobs you have."
