"[Member Name Removed], I'm surprised and disappointed about your review. I apologize for the misunderstanding you have. When we initially talked you had shared that you were a senior lady and had hired someone to redo you ductwork and they ripped you off and that you had a duct that wasn't connected and needed it fixed. I sent a tech there for much less than our normal rate and he fixed the duct for you. You called me last week and told me that you waned all of your ductwork replaced. We don't normally replace entire ductwork systems. I referred you to two of subcontractors that do ductwork and they called you over the last two days to discuss your project. One was scheduled today to meet with you but it's raining and had to postpone. They told me that you wanted someone to come anyway but that's nor feasible. I'm sorry for your frustration but please don't take it our on us. The two that I referred to you specialize in ductwork and can help you but it appears you require it to be done faster than they're available to do it. Again I was trying to help you and hope you get your system fixed but I didn't commit to doing it or have an agreement with you to do it. I would appreciate you reconsidering this review."

Richard called me right after I submitted my request and we scheduled an installation for the following week. Forrest arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He also wore a mask while working in the kitchen which was appreciated. The pendant lights look great and are exactly what I wanted.

I wrote a review two days ago and gave this company an "F". This morning, I got a phone call from the owner himself apologizing for the incident I described. He gave me his word that if I still needed the jobs done, he would make sure personally that it got done. He sounded sincere to me. Two guys came out in a timely manner and quickly fixed the items on my list. I am so pleased with their professionalism and attention to social distancing. The company called within 30 minutes of me posting the add. The company informed me that he was busy at this time and it would be a little while before he could get to my job and that was fine. I like the fact that he actually called and let me know about his schedule and for that I will call him again in the future.

The team did an excellent job. Could not be happier with how the lights and outlets turned out. The job was quoted, they showed up on time (and when they were running a bit behind, I was called right away), and they finished the job - to MY satisfaction and at the quoted amount. These guys did a great job! I was called within 1 minute of requesting quotes for this job. I was given a reasonable quote promptly. Within a few days the unit was installed and is working wonderfully. I have to point out the technician that did the install. Josh was courteous and professional at all times. He stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. I would absolutely recommend this company and will to any of my neighbors that have such needs.

We highly recommend U.S. Energy Solutions...Mom and dad had some unforeseen electrical issues that needed to be fixed in their kitchen due to an inspection review before selling their home. I went to Angie's List put in a request for suggestion and U.S. Energy Solutions got right back to me. We set up and appointment! Electrician was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the issue straight away, took the time to show us and explain the problem. His confident approach to the problem was reassuring and was fixed quickly! I got several estimates and their price was by far the best. When I let the owner know I was going to have to do the two jobs separately for financial reasons they were able to offer 18 month same as cash financing so I could have all the work done at one time. I would recommend them and do business with them again in a heart-beat.
