Richard called me right after I submitted my request and we scheduled an installation for the following week. Forrest arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He also wore a mask while working in the kitchen which was appreciated. The pendant lights look great and are exactly what I wanted.

I wrote a review two days ago and gave this company an "F". This morning, I got a phone call from the owner himself apologizing for the incident I described. He gave me his word that if I still needed the jobs done, he would make sure personally that it got done. He sounded sincere to me. Two guys came out in a timely manner and quickly fixed the items on my list. I am so pleased with their professionalism and attention to social distancing. The job was quoted, they showed up on time (and when they were running a bit behind, I was called right away), and they finished the job - to MY satisfaction and at the quoted amount. These guys did a great job! I was called within 1 minute of requesting quotes for this job. I was given a reasonable quote promptly. Within a few days the unit was installed and is working wonderfully. I have to point out the technician that did the install. Josh was courteous and professional at all times. He stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. I would absolutely recommend this company and will to any of my neighbors that have such needs.

We highly recommend U.S. Energy Solutions...Mom and dad had some unforeseen electrical issues that needed to be fixed in their kitchen due to an inspection review before selling their home. I went to Angie's List put in a request for suggestion and U.S. Energy Solutions got right back to me. We set up and appointment! Electrician was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the issue straight away, took the time to show us and explain the problem. His confident approach to the problem was reassuring and was fixed quickly! All the way around a great experience!!

I got several estimates and their price was by far the best. When I let the owner know I was going to have to do the two jobs separately for financial reasons they were able to offer 18 month same as cash financing so I could have all the work done at one time. I would recommend them and do business with them again in a heart-beat.

The entire experience was great form initial contact through post installation clean up. They answers all my questions and Jon was completes on time and in budget.

Professional and personable crew; great and quick work. They removed the old units and had the new equipment in in just over 10 hours.

They are a busy company and I can understand why. It seemed like things were slow but a lot was going on behind what I could visualize. The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. My power bills went from $320 a month to $9.18 and even with the solar payment I am saving hundreds of dollars a month. The crews were very professional and did not take any short cuts. In this world everyone wants immediate installation and results but somethings take a little time to achieve the results expected. The company kept me up to date with the progress and the channels they had to go through to complete the process. They are very customer oriented and I would recommend them to anyone who was to save money. You have to have long term goals. Mine are going to be achieved with the help of U S Energy solutions. I thank them very much as they not only made me feel like a special customer, they made me feel like part of the family.

The folks at EnergySmith did a great job. Mr. Hamacher explained in detail the work that would be performed and material used. His men were cordial and professional. I am happy with the job they did. i would absolutely call on them again.
