Heat Pump Repair or Service
After 6 hours with a technician that could not get a new install working on my Mini Split Heat Pump, I called the manufacturer tech support the next day who told me to double check the valves to be sure. None of the high pressure valves were open. I opened them and the system works fine. Home Comfort now will not take my calls or return them after inquiring about a partial refund. I must be stupid, stupid, stupid for trusting them. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

This is a case in point why we steer clear of this. After trying to resolve the issues you described and not being able to satisfy your expectations we were at a loss of how to bring a mutually beneficial resolution. In an effort to be more than fair, we did not charge for any of the additional time we spent. We wish this could have had a more desirable outcome for us both."
