They came to the house to open the pool and did not clean the pool cover They pulled it up wet with the leaves in it. They also did not take out the plug that was in the strainer it could have made our motor below up. Then they came to clean the pool the next week they did not look at the strainer it is still had to plug in it. They also did not backwash the pool filters.

I was in search of a new pool company after some bad experiences and Pool Rescue did not disappoint! They were consistent with their weekly pool maintenance and went the extra mile if there was ANY issue in between pool maintenance. My pool was crystal clear all summer. Costumer service, knowledge, work ethic all five stars plus! I will be a lifetime costumer. Highly recommended!
