I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help others avoid the frustration and damage I dealt with when hiring Viper Services (was Electric). The problems started with a lack of care during installation. Wiring in the crawlspace was not properly secured as promised. When I raised the issue, they addressed it superficially by pulling the slack to the back and fastening it only in visible areas. I later found Romex sitting in water, which I had to fix myself. They also replaced a front fixture that didn?t fit by taking a hammer or chisel to a window shutter, leaving behind extensive, unprofessional damage. The result looks like someone hacked at it without any concern for the property. Additionally, the crew caused significant damage around outlets and switches. They didn?t take basic precautions, such as running a razor around outlet covers, resulting in torn wallpaper and gaps that can?t be repaired easily. The attention to detail was nonexistent.
