"I've used cransten for two major projects now, first a partial basement finish and now installing built-in shelves and fireplace in my living room. Super super easy to work with, reasonably priced, the contractors they send out are communicative and professional. I can't say enough great things. I'll be back again when I'm ready for the rest of the basement to be finished."

"Remodeling and construction is never an easy experience, however this was the exception! Kevin and Caleb were dependable and kept us informed of progress on our project. We were able to trust them at our home, and the quality of their work is excellent. We are very happy with our new room and will definitely use them again for any future needs."

"We would rate this company 10 stars if possible. Nick was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, impeccable work ethics, everything done right - no shortcuts. Top quality from start to finish, very committed to excellent work. Nick was absolutely honest. It was a pure pleasure to have worked with Nick & crew. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Premier Home Design & Construction (you wont regret it)!!!"

"The project manager and all sub-contractors were professional, on time, provided highest quality of construction. PM kept us informed throughout of schedule, budget, changes, etc."

"We highly recommend Raybrook Homes for all your home improvement projects. We are so pleased with the work they did for us. Remodeled 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and new flooring throughout. They were punctual, worked full days everyday. They were courteous and always had a great attitude. They are craftsmen and take great pride in their work. They make it perfect! Special shout out to Anthony and Austin who did most of our work. They worked as a team. They do quality work. Raybrook takes care of everything from working with the homeowner on the design and choosing the colors and products. They also work with the homeowner to meet your budget requirements. They make you feel like you are family. Professional work, great value, professional and courteous craftsmen. Raybrook Homes is Exactly what you need and want for your home improvement project."

"They arrived 10:00am and stop work at dark. They returned 7:00am to complete the shingling and job site clean-up and left 8:15am. Removed 3 layers of old shingles, replaced 8 sheets of old OSB roofing. Replaced material with long life shingles. Roofing looks great. Cleaned up all construction debris and left ground like it was before work began. Great job."

"Matt and Josh came to measure and gave us suggestions to improve the beauty of our kitchen. They suggested wider doors and crown molding. These really added to the overall appearance of our kitchen. They came the day and time we agreed on. All the construction work was done at their shop. The installation was completed in one day. They were both friendly and very professional. Our kitchen is beautiful and we would not hesitate to use them again.

I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. We got a military discount and they check the humidifier to make sure it is doing what it is supposed to do for about $99.

"Excellent! Edgar & his crew were always on time, professional & pleasant. They came in exactly at the amount they quoted. The craftmanship on the wooden steps was excellent, notching in the wood & bolting for extra stability. Edgar also asked for much feedback during the process of building to make sure he was building what I wanted. Very impressed with these folks!"
