"The technician was very knowledgeable and fast. He fully insulated the primary condensate drain line in the attic. Repaired end termination of primary condensate drain pipe at rear foundation wall. Replace media filter on return duct. He actually alerted me to the fact that the downstairs unit had two filters. One inside and one under the house. This restricts the air flow. Removing one would create better air flow."

"I came home on Thursday evening to a hot house.  I called Bentley's and spoke to Sandy.  It was after hours, but she said she would call Mike, and he should be out shortly.  Mike arrived about 30 minutes later, and tested the unit.  After replacing several less expensive parts first, he determined that the unit, which was 20 years old, was bad.  He explained what would need to be done, and I agreed to have him put in the new unit.  He had his guys out the next morning, and they replaced the heat pump quickly.  His installers were polite and courteous, and worked quickly. "Rob was gracious and professional, gave us a reasonable estimate and did the work on our duct system right on schedule. It has made a world of difference in our house's air quality. The only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 is that this was before most people, including us, had been vaccinated for covid, so I asked Rob to wear a mask in our house, which I also did when he was inside. "Kevin with Cerberus did a fantastic job with our electrical with our remodel. We had 2 walls removed and an island and bathroom installed. He removed all the wiring with the old receptacles in the walls that were removed and he installed all new outlets in our kitchen and in the new island. He rewired all the switches to work with the new lights and cleaned everything up. He did a fantastic job, always on time and no issues."
