Based on the many great reviews, I choose First Class and they certainly did not disappoint! Within 2 hrs of my online inquiry, I received a call back and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Within 30 mins of arriving, the technician diagnosed the problem to be a loose wire on my AC unit. The technician, Jonathan Pepper, was very knowledgeable and a true professional throughout the entire visit. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly great experience!!"

The only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 is that this was before most people, including us, had been vaccinated for covid, so I asked Rob to wear a mask in our house, which I also did when he was inside. "Hunter arrived and was very helpful in detailing the possible scenarios that might occur (from best to worst case) with repairing the pipe. While it did end up being worst case, his team was able to take care of it quickly and made it look good as new. Hunter even offered an easy near-fix to the main shutoff valve (a leaking old gate valve) without having to replace it, but we decided to move ahead with installing a ball valve anyway. He quickly replaced the valve and a portion of the neighboring pipe. Definitely will hire again for future work."
