And since he was also able to do the encapsulation and drainage system installation, I was able to work with one company to get everything completed. "Donny did a great job fixing my shop. The entire sill plate of the building had been eaten by termites. Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place. The work was done quickly, he always kept the place clean, was respectful and very helpful explaining things and helping us understand what was going on. It was a great experience. I hired Donny again for another foundation repair when a wall on out converted carport was leaking at the base. Donny responded quickly, gave a good quote and got to work. I was using a baby gate on the deck to keep my puppy close by and they came back and built a gorgeous wooden sliding gate that blends in with my deck perfectly. "I would highly recommend David. After finding him on Angi, I had him inspect a slope and retaining wall on a house we are looking to purchase in Franklin. The home inspector had noted some settling of the porch, and I worried about the stability of the slope underneath the porch. The current owners had a local person build a retaining wall a few years prior, and they were convinced that any erosion issues had been resolved. However, David immediately pointed out to me that the current retaining wall wasn't built properly and was failing to do its job. Already, there was so much erosion that he could literally slide his hand under the base of the retaining wall, and he warned that we were sitting on a time bomb. In fact, David said it would literally be only a matter of months before we had a much bigger problem on our hands. I contacted the owners, and -- about a month later-- they agreed to have David fix the problem. Even from the time when David first came out, more erosion had occurred in the ensuing several weeks -- just as he had warned. He did a great job of building a much more substantial wall and also graded the top of the driveway to fix a drainage issue. I can't imagine the mess we'd have had to deal with if the problem had not been addressed. Before contacting David, I'd spent a good bit of time researching contractors in the area. The mountains are wonderful, but they are also home to a number of contractors who do very questionable work (as evidenced by the contractor who built the first retaining wall). When I saw that David had over 250 positive reviews on Angi, I knew I'd found our contractor! He did not disappoint. If you're looking for someone you can trust to do slope or foundation work, look no further. David is your man."

"Such a great experience! Had another bid from a local company and was jerked around for months. Spaulding Decon got right on the job In my house within a week of my contact and work done within 6 days! My bathroom had terrible black mold all over the ceiling and down the walls. Same in hall . Chris was my contact guy. I wanted more stuff done in the middle of the work. He was so accommodating; and the upgrades were very well priced. Chris, Nick, and cianen were also lovely and tolerant of my special needs dogs, who were in the way a lot. Hire these folks. They WILL meet your expectations!"
