  They had two guys here all day. One guy left early while the other stayed. He was clearly tired. They broke my boarder fence in the front, didn’t put all furniture back. Guess that was a good thing considering I had to clean up the mess that was left behind on a week night which I had to clean up after he left around 7 or 8. Knocked my shower curtain down and didn’t put it back either. Messed up the paint on my window sills also. What bothered me the most was when they told me they got the measurements as close as possible when they were suppose to be custom made???

  We had to replace all the windows in our rental home, since they were all at least 40 years old and none of them could be opened any more. After calling around a bit, we decided on American Made Windows. American Made Windows was a pleasure to work with. We were really surprised at how much less their quote was than the other contractor's estimate, while still giving us a better warranty.   Our experience with CMY Contractors was overall exceptional. My husband and I added a large addition to our home and have no complaints. We added on a large family room with fireplace and stonework. CMY Contractors was able to craft a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to a loft to include large windows and daybed. The stonework starts at the fireplace and cascades up to the second level ceiling. We also added a Covered front porch with stamped concrete with wooden beams and stonework. This was the first experience for us with hiring a contractor and first large project for either of us to jump into. Yovan and his family, as well as the men who work for them are very talented, creative, hard working and trustworthy. Yovan helped us to to add to our home and make it more than we ever could have imagined, we cannot thank him enough.   Wanted to add sunroom to home. Had asked around for years to find contractor I could trust due to problems building previous home and past experiences over the years. Finally contacted Bradley Construction due to numerous good reviews online. Owner, Terry Bradley and supervisor, David came over and evaluated project and gave price which was around what I wanted to invest. It was apparent to me Terry was extremely knowledgable of construction, codes, etc and I felt fairly confident from the start. Started the project shortly thereafter. David, the on site supervisor checked in frequently, every day at times involving me in all decisions and Terry made periodic inspections. They were pickier than I was. Denny who did large part of construction was absolutely, without a doubt the best carpenter I have ever encountered (I bought my first home in 1972 and have had numerous projects since). His work was superb. I also had them replace back door due to damage from the elements and found further damage which was repaired. I was so happy with this I had them replace the two windows from home to sunroom. I inquired about replacing front door which didn't open open and close the way I wanted but Denny just fixed that in short order and it works beautifully. I couldn't be happier with Bradley Construction. My only regret is that I didn't know about them before I purchased this home . I would have had them construct one for me

  Ryan did a great job. He immediately responded and came to talk to me. After assessing my needs, he took the computer to his office. It was late in the day when he picked it up. He returned promptly the next day. He set it back up into my operating system which I did not expect him to do. He made sure that the pc was working correctly. He advised me on security issues and helped me decide on selecting an immediate security issue that he actually found and downloaded for me. This was above and beyond. He was very polite and helpful while working with me and went above and beyond my expectations
