Even prior to the roof replacement, the owner called and asked if he could put a patch on the roof due to a leak since he knew we would be having bad storms within the next few days. When they did the repairs, they used high quality metal vents on the roof; the cheap plastic vents the previous roofer used was the source of the leak mentioned earlier.
