"Mr. Richardson was available with little delay, came over and gave an estimate right away. The project started about a week later, to fit my schedule. I found him to be friendly and easy to work with. The whole job took about five half-days of work. He put down paper to protect the floor and covered door openings to contain dust. Everything came out looking great. Cleanup was good, with a little fine dust remaining, but this was perfectly reasonable. The only unresolved issue is that the now thicker ceiling did not allow the light fixture to be reattached. However, Mr. Richardson warned me from the start that this would be the case and so I made plans to have an electrician handle it."
