"Joel Few and his son Stephen, who runs the Charleston, SC operation, came right away and did a thorough inspection and evaluation. Their quote seemed a bit much, but after they explained what they would do I was amazed. Their crew removed all the old insulation (which was retaining moisture and mold), blocked off all the crawl space vents, put down a heavy duty plastic moisture barrier made from the same stuff as swimming pool liners over the entire ground and up the walls two feet, sprayed an environmentally safe insulation the rest of the way up the walls (left termite inspection ports), and installed a small heating & A/C vent from our vent system into the space. Essentially, they turned the crawl space into an environmentally controlled basement where the humidity cannot enter, and where the old insulation is no longer needed. It took them four days, and they removed the mold from all wooden floor joists, the ventilation ducts and inside the house using a naturally occurring harmless spray. We had some nasty odors in our house and they were eliminated, as we did not know that the mold was causing the odors. Joel and his crew were very professional, friendly, and courteous. It was a pleasure working with them, and the money spent was well worth it!!"

"I didn't leave a review immediately after the roof was done because I wanted to let some time go by to test the quality of their work. It has now been 3-4 years since they did my roof. It was a steep pitch with three floors on one side. All shingles are still in place, there are no leaks anywhere, and the netting they put over my gutters is still in the same state as it was upon installation. The husband/wife team were pleasant. I recommend them to anybody when roofing comes up. If pressed for a criticism it would be the mariachi music that played in my house because the gentleman that worked on the roof put their radio on my chimney so it played in my living room. Honestly, it's sort of a funny."

"We delayed it, this was after the hurricanes and they were pretty busy. He came with samples, and explained everything. He gave us samples, and explained the samples. Gave us colored brochures, and on those brochures, made sure we knew their product line, and the way their employees are trained, and certified. It was fine, no problems. Comparable to others. We could have had it cheaper, and went with an cheaper product, but we chose to go with the better product. This is the first time I dealt with an insurance company,  I thought, we get appraisal first. We got some cheaper appraisal, but I did not feel like I wanted to go with an lesser product on an roof. I could have went cheaper, and he would have given me an cheaper one too. I wanted the better grade product, and someone certified by the company. I can go buy roof tiles, and if I don't do it right, its not warranted. Some of these companies, the roof failed in seven years. They are long gone, product is gone, or both. I wanted someone in the area, lived in the area. Kind of like your car, not everyone going to fix your car."
