"Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and personable. Brett Morris was my initial contact and helped me put together a project to replace my deck and 2 staircases. We also enclosed our back porch and gazebo. Brett was extremely helpful and was easy to contact with questions. Jeff was our Project Manager and he was by daily to supervise and check on the progress. I am very satisfied with"

"This was an urgent and critical need as a large chunk of the deck and walkway to the beach was taken away by a storm leaving a dangerous drop to the beach. Realizing the urgency due to a now dangerous situation (and renters on the schedule), Carson replaced the deck/walkway with proper marine grade materials and it’s beautiful- better than ever. We were able to keep our renters. For years now, we have called on Carson exclusively as we know we can trust him to do excellent work. This is especially important as we do not live locally and are not able to oversee the work. I am thankful for Carson."

"I called Jerry Anderson, the owner of this company, yesterday morning and told him about my roof leaking with the tropical storm and
torrential rains over the weekend.  He came out in a few hours (same day!), did an inspection, and took photos with his smart phone to show me the problems.  He carefully explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote with a 3 year written "no leak" guarantee.
The very next day (today!) Jerry came back with his roofers while I was at work and fixed my roof. He had to replace a good many shingles, seal several places around the various vents and where the garage connects to the house, and cut some tree limbs back so they would not touch the roof.  He also had to actually re-nail and seal the vent that runs down the length of the peak of the roof.  You could see all the nails!  The wind is obviously NOT my roof's friend.
He even called when all was finished and accepted my credit card number over the phone.  Done!  ...and it looks like rain again, so I am very glad he was able to do the work so fast!  I expect no more leaks!

UPDATE:  Jerry Anderson is as good as his word.  I contacted him the afternoon of 10/6/2015 to let him know that my roof leaked around my hot water heater vent and I heard dripping in one other spot during the flood over the weekend.  He arrived at my house just before dark...SAME DAY...and made the repair.  No charge!  BEST ROOFER EVER!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

UPDATE: Roof is leaking again.  I have a three year written "NO LEAK" guarantee from this company.  No reply when I contact them this time. Contacted multiple times since March 27, 2016.

This leak is the "dripping in one other spot" (see above) that I heard during the great flood a few months ago.  It was supposed to have been fixed, but is now dripping with just a light rain.

UPDATE: Jerry Anderson sent two of his sons over yesterday, April 4, 2016 between Noon and 1:00 PM, to fix my roof.  He and his company are back in my good graces!  Let's hope it's fixed for good this time.

His sons said he has been out of town, so I guess he just got all my messages.

"Nick created a beautiful porch at our house overlooking the marsh. It is actually much nicer than the old wood porch and offers a more open view. Nick is highly skilled at all of the various tasks that were involved. He moves the project along quickly, is a good communicator, and does not nickel and dime you once the job begins. His quote for the job was very reasonable, especially considering all the work that was done."

"Les is extremely professional and does excellent work.  He doesn't cut corners.  Doesn't rush the  process (so necessary to insure the best job outcome.)  We can't recommend him enough.  He goes the extra mile and is a perfectionist.  He is also extremely neat, tents the work area and cleans up at the end of each workday.  We wish we could hire him for every job that we need to keep our house in top condition.  We will use him again for replacing the shower pan in another bathroom.  We highly recommend him for all of your tiling needs.

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

Porticos last 25 to 60 years, depending on the material used. A portico’s roof typically matches the roof of the rest of the home and can be replaced simultaneously. Portico columns have a similar life span if properly maintained and regularly sealed. In some areas, harsh weather and extreme temperatures may cause a portico to wear more quickly.

Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.

Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.

The main purpose of a gazebo is to provide a covered space for people to gather comfortably. They’re an excellent place for summertime get-togethers because the roof protects you and your guests from the sun. However, gazebos can also serve as a design feature, adding a bit of charm to a backyard or garden.

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.
