Realizing the urgency due to a now dangerous situation (and renters on the schedule), Carson replaced the deck/walkway with proper marine grade materials and it’s beautiful- better than ever. We were able to keep our renters. For years now, we have called on Carson exclusively as we know we can trust him to do excellent work. "It went great! Jerry diagnosed the problem right away. When the roof was reshingled 10 years ago, there was a portion of the roof where the roofers used too much pressure with the nail gun. This portion started to leak. Jerry recommended we just replace this one portion and his roofers could blend it all together. They came and did the work and now it's fixed! In fact, they showed me the rusty nails they pulled from this portion of the roof. The original company I used is no longer in business. I am so glad that Jerry could repair this without me having to replace the whole roof!"
