We received a contract about 3.5 months after we signed up for the deal for $43K, not including any materials, except cabinets. We also asked about any warranty and we were basically told these were worthless regardless of what anyone promised.

Trey is definitely honest so we appreciated that. But just have to remember if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is! I think there was a lack of communication between the service provider and Angie's list. Just recommend before signing up, confirm all details with the service provider. And be prepared to pay extra for ANY upgrades or add-ons."
