"I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"- Very prompt, professional service delivered at a great price on our Newton expanded bungalow. - Owner, Brian (in business for 25 yrs) assessed/priced job and, with on-site job supervisor, was available at every stage of job completion. - I requested 4 references which Brian gave me at random but said he doesn't call former customers in advance of such requests so wasn't sure if I'd get call backs. All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."

My roof replacement was a long process—nearly six months of back-and-forth with my insurance company—but Nik and Neil, the owners, were incredibly helpful every step of the way. I contacted 7 roofing companies—5 never showed, and of the 2 that did, Peak stood out immediately. They were professional, thorough, and genuinely helpful. They answered all my (MANY!) questions, provided a detailed estimate for my insurance, and kept communication open throughout the process. Once approved, Peak continued to impress. They confirmed the installation date, checked in the night before and morning of, and both Nik and Neil stopped by to ensure everything was running smoothly. "We got a brand new roof this week thanks to N.E. Building & Restoration LLC! We bought our absolute dream home but it had one problem from day one-the roof. We were able to buy 4 years, kind of clinching our teeth, because let’s face it, roofs are a huge investment especially on a house this size. But David and N.E. Building and Restoration was amazing from the initial estimate visit (showing up surprising me with a Mary Lous Coffee) to the work being completed in the most timely and efficient manner. They were so quick and accommodating from start to finish. A great company with a very personal touch and attention to detail. We’ve dealt with many home improvement companies this year and they are on the top of my list.
