i see lot positive reviews ,but does anyone really go look at work, I gave Richard 2 roofers to do side by side ,bad thing to do ,only thing he cared about doing them the same day , he never got out truck .nor did he go on roof to see what job his borrow help did, i had shingle buckling even sent him 2 photos never came to look got like the warranty Richard gives been 4 months now still picking up nail tells gutter were all cleaned not true i had 3 pounds roof nail in gutter . vent were never sealed

R & R roofing is very professional and knowledgeable and deliver what they promise. The crew is very respectful of other peoples property. They stripped the roof, replaced all the lead, installed all the ice and water barrier in the valleys of the roof, and on the border of the roof (not 3ft but 6ft width for extra protection from New England Storms. They replaced 32 squares in one day. The cleared the yard better than they found it!! I will definitely use them again on my next house!!

Smooth as silk. Reasonably priced, courteous, house and garage one day, all clean before everyone left for the day. Very good workmanship from crew. Yard was cleaned and magnet run around entire house.

Very pleased with the work Richard and his crew did. Richard went above and beyond to match the existing shingle and brought over several samples. Richard did an excellent job of explaining all work to be performed and followed through. Everything that he said happened. No unexpected costs and we paid what he quoted us. Highly recommend R&R for roof replacement!

Richard and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new roof and replacing 5 skylights. Richard did a great job explaining why the materials and processes that he uses would lead to a long lasting roof. When our first choice of shingle / color was not available he was able to come up with a more than suitable replacement. I think we got great value for the cost.

R&R Roofing replaced the roofing at home this September, 2021. Richard Rossi toured the site with me and clearly detailed the work to be done and the reasons for the specific choices and materials. He answered my questions without prevarication. The work was scheduled the week before, and was started and completed on the scheduled day. The roof looks great and easily passed its first rainy day. The crew were extremely conscientious not only about installing the roofing, but also in their consideration for the gardens, grounds, and driveway. There was no damage to the flowerbeds or to the lawn. There was not a nail or shred of roofing material or its packaging anywhere on the site when they left. R&R Roofing installed the previous roofing 23 years ago. I expect this new one to last just as long.

The roof was was replaced and some wood underneath had to be replaced. Work was done in a day. Richard and his crew did a great job! Richard provided a quote in a timely manner and was available for any questions and/or requests. His crew was courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

I would hire this company again in a minute! First, Richard responded to my request within a half hour of my placing the request for responses. He came to our home within a couple of days, did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and we hired him. He and his crew were there three days later and replaced my entire house roof, porch roof, and small overhang. They worked a very long, hard day but were able to complete all the work in a single day and it was done well and beautifully. Not only that, they were very considerate of the rest of the house - they draped everything and cleaned up as they went. By the end of the day, except for a beautiful new roof, you'd never know they were there. Not a single nail was left on the ground. The entire crew was polite, professional and very hard workers. This was by far the easiest process I've ever gone through to have work done on my home. Absolutely fantastic!

Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. R&R Roofing will be our FIRST and ONLY call for all our house repairs and/or replacements from now on. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Prompt, efficient and professional. They know what they are doing and do it right. Give them a call -- you will be thrilled with the results!

R&R Roofing installed a new roof and shored up the roof in my garage. Mr. Rossi and his team were prompt, friendly, extremely hardworking and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Unlike other companies where your point of contact is some young salesman who might not know much, with R&R you work with the owner Mr. Rossi directly, from start to finish. His pricing was fair and his word was good. Would hire again.

The second time we hired Richard he had to remove a Coupala from my garage roof to be able to replace the roof. He just came back to reinstall the coupala. He came back within 1 week of my calling to say it was ready to be installed. I would hire him back any time and recommend him highly to anyone looking to have a roof replaced.
