"This is the 3rd time we've had Stephen over to fix something, the previous two being a drain clog after our septic tank was pumped and a leaky copper pipe in our basement ceiling (waste line from the kitchen).  All three times he has responded to my calls at least on the same day if not answering directly, and was great about scheduling.  I don't think the guy ever takes a break.  He checked out this leak on a Saturday after we called on Thursday evening (it was a slow drip that was collecting under our shower that we didn't deem an emergency) and after finding the cause of the leak, came back Monday after a full day and did the valve rebuild at around 5:30 pm.  All three times he was extremely professional, prompt with responses, punctual, and personable (the 4 P's), as well as offering competitive pricing.  We couldn't be happier with the services he has provided us with.

"We initially called on Friday and were advised to contact a local septic pumping company before they would come out.  This was a bit surprising but it had been a couple of years since our last pump and we were probably due.  We had the tank pumped by another company, but that did not resolve the issue (and the septic guy said the tank was not overfilled), so we called Diffley back.  They promptly sent out 2 techs who cleared out the pipe and restored our system to normal.  They were prompt, quick and professional.  I do wish they'd come out when we first called but since we probably needed a pumping anyway it was not a big deal.  We will call them again if we experience any future issues.
