The team did extremely high-quality work, and took care of all the logistics to get our siding job done! All of our neighbors have been complimenting our house's face lift. They were very professional, meticulous in their work, and did a job that should last decades. Highly recommend!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I hired Capital Construction to replace the aging roof shingles on my house. Their quote was completive with other local contractors and far less than national contractors. Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles. During installation of the new shingles the on-site crew responded quickly to my questions and concerns and resolved matters to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again.

The reason why we did not give 5 stars for this project: 1. The project materials deposited on our neighbors backyard. It took a long time to get someone from the company to come to move it to our lot. Still, he left some of it and we had to move it ourselves. 2. Despite our requests to start the noisy work at 8AM the work always started at 7:30AM. 3. The brick part of the porch was supposed to be pointed the project manager asked us to agree to remove the low brick wall and wanted to charge us $8K for it while pointing is more work intensive than removing the bricks. At the end he lowered the price but did not do the pointing on the remainder of the bricks that left in the supporting columns. We had to hire someone to do it and it cost us extra $950. 4. When the trash container removed from our backyard, we left with a lot of debris and again we needed to clean it ourselves.

Although the initial estimate was quite high (post-COVID and supply chain issues), salesman Jim Sakkos worked tirelessly to hammer out a deal that we could both work with. The construction is impressive, and the speed in which they began and completed the project was most appreciated. I anticipate many good times on my new CCC deck.

I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased.

Iâ ve utilized Capital Construction for numerous projects,most recently to re-stain my front doors, paint the exterior trim, paint my kitchen and add decorative trim. They provide a detailed estimate of the project, arrive promptly and ready to work. Their staff is courteous and always tidy up when the work day is ended. When the project is completed, they do a walk through with the customer to ensure you are satisfied with the finished project. I have always been thoroughly satisfied and have recommended Capital Construction to numerous people.

The extra cost compared to some other quotes I received was well worth it. The service and communication from dale to final walk through wad above and beyond. We have used several contactors in the past for out multiple properties. But will only use Capital going forward. The most comfortable I have ever felt with a contractor. A true gem in the industry

Vinyl Siding Install or Completely Replace
Capital Construction arrived right after Christmas 2020. It was very cold when they started the job but the workers where very business oriented. Stuck to their work and finished in a couple of months. I worked with the Managers to see that the workers did everything that was put in the contract. They sided all four sides of my home. My son and I are very happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

Had a new backyard Deck (about 16x18) blended down to a new patio built along with a low outer sitting wall and new back fence. Job came out spectacular...we love all. Capital was on time, fast in completing, professional interactions..checking in often with schedule update, responsive and skilled. And...just nice people who genuinely cared about the quality of the work as well. Totally recommend.

Incredibly sloppy work. Much of what they did needs additional repairs. This includes bumpy siding, gaps between Hardy planking, a single-paned window when a four-pane was asked for, and a dormer leak that persists despite several efforts. Port-a-potty charged for, and never was brought on site. Charged extra for additional labor, even though they just could not get the dormer leak fixed.

"Hi Chris and John, We wanted to follow up with you on some feedback. We constantly try to improve in all phases and strongly rely on client feedback to help us better facilitate jobs and client experiences going forward. We know we had some hurdles on your project, and it was not a perfect execution. We do apologize for that. We also recall that there was the matter of the final payment and excessive communications from Capital, I hope that is not the reason for such a low rating on your review. Addressing the specifics of the project and installation, it was installed as recommended by manufacturer. - The Hardie siding will take the contour of the substrate it is installed on top of, that detail is discussed in your James Hardie contract. This is why the rear wall of the home seems wavy, the framing and substrate of this wall is itself uneven and wavy. -The pvc trim pieces placed below the siding, against the roof line on the dormers is a requirement. If not installed in this manner the Hardie siding would absorb water from the roof runoff and compromise the boards. -The front of the dormer above the ?garage? was not part of the original contract, I know we had discussions, as well as you had discussions with Barry at the initial sale about this being a problem area. Our initial recommendation was to rebuild the entire dormer, but I believe that was not in the budget. We did however as a courtesy reface and flash the front of this dormer and only charged you for labor. The last conversation we had were that the leak had stopped in that area. Is that still the case? There was definitely room for improvement in the communication on your project, and we would love to dialogue or answer any questions you may have. Overall all we feel that Capital did deliver above what was described on the signed contract."

We had a project to repair a leak on a small Copper and Rubber roof. We started by looking at Angie's list to find roofers in the Watertown area and immediately Capital construction lept to the top. Their reviews were literally through the roof. I can also say that our own experience with them met and surpassed the reviews I had read. When I called, they immediately answered and were able to come out and assess the situation within 2 days. I met with Jude and Dave and I found them to be knowledgable, professional, honest and very easy to work with. We got a quote at that point and went ahead with scheduling the project. The whole team at Capital Construction kept us informed on the status and when they could come out to repair the roof. They worked with me to find a good date/time. Their customer communication is world class. They performed the repairs, cleaned up the site, and we could not be happier with the results. We would definitely recommend Capital Construction to anyone with a roofing or any home project.

The entire team from Wayne the Salesperson, John the Project Manager and Omar's crew was simply amazing. They went over and above to ensure the job was completed in time and to our satisfaction. Customer service and workers were so nice and patient. Installed a whole new bathtub, shower, and vanity all within 2 days! Even came to ask me about little details that I wouldnâ t have even thought about myself. Will recommend to anyone who needs bathroom work done.
