"First of all this was the only company to actually answer the phone when I called. My air conditioning went down on a hot-muggy day. I was given an appointment 36 hours later. Jason called me at 8:00 am and said he was on his way and showed up promptly. My ac unit was blowing warm air and I suspected it needed to be charged. He first checked that and then stated to me that he thought it was the capacitor. He opened up the unit and mice had made a nest next the capacitor and chewed the wiring.
