"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"First of all this was the only company to actually answer the phone when I called. My air conditioning went down on a hot-muggy day. I was given an appointment 36 hours later. Jason called me at 8:00 am and said he was on his way and showed up promptly. My ac unit was blowing warm air and I suspected it needed to be charged. He first checked that and then stated to me that he thought it was the capacitor. He opened up the unit and mice had made a nest next the capacitor and chewed the wiring. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me.
