CAUTION! INSTALL FINE, BUT BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, EVEN WITH WARRANTY. After a successful boiler install by New England Boiler, we found ourselves a year and a half later waking up one late winter Saturday with no heat. Still well within the warranty time, we called Steve and left a message about our problem. We did not hear back from him and although we were cold, gave him the benefit of the doubt that it was the weekend so waited in the cold until Monday. Called again Monday and did not receive a call that day. We finally called around to find a company that could help us immediately and indeed there was a large problem with the boiler itself that cost us $2500... and our warranty was not with this new company. By the end of the entire week we had still never heard back from Steve. When we finally got him, he admitted that he had been on vacation. Our original message was left on his work phone and there was no mention that he would not respond to calls. After we explained what happened, his first response was that we had overpaid to have it fixed (lol - as opposed to having it covered under the warranty he provided but was not available to service?) then told us he would have to come look at it and would call to set up a time. He never did. We called again numerous times, finally got him at one point and he said that he would see if his insurance would cover it. Again, he never called back. We were always polite and goal oriented, just wanting to find a resolution to the problem that he was unavailable to fix our warrantied boiler and left us no choice for repair when we were out heat while he vacationed. After several months of calls and letters, we sent a final certified letter offering to meet him at a refund of $1000 - $1500 less than we paid - just to move on and not feel we had been completely screwed over. Still, no response. So are now going to file in small claims court for the $2500 we are out on our New England Boiler installed and warrantied boiler. I promise you that we have been professional, patient, and interested in resolution only. He has literally ignored us for months. My advice after having been told now by many people - try Atlantic for reasonable price and excellent service.

they did a great job

Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions. Arrived on time. Workers were super polite and very neat. We highly recommended them.

They came in quickly and they completed the job in one day and they did a great job

You can communicate with Steve via text & phone, and that means quick response to me. You might be able to use e-mail but that is not my preferred way to communicate to contractors. When he came to look at the job, he wrote-up the quote right there in the basement, no waiting. I had some questions and he came back to check things out with the auto-fill. 3 of my quotes were with $100 of each other, so he wasn't "cheap" as compared, but he offered a 5 yr parts & labor warranty. I THINK the specs of the boiler were a little more favorable as compared to the other units quoted.

Steve Rossi was great. I had 4 companyâ s give my estimates. He gave a price on the spot and it came in a lot cheaper. The other 3 companyâ s took more than a week to get back to me. He answered all my questions and concerns, His enter crews was clean and professional and they removed my old oil furnace and oil tank and put my new gas system in before 1:00 pm. we had many problems with a burnham high efficiency system installed in 2009. We called NEBWs and Steve came down. He is very informative, courteous and attentive to our concerns. Within a week we had a new SlantFinn boiler installed and the installation was immaculate. Very neat and organized presentation. Experts in their fields, true professionals and reasonably priced. High recommend

Steve responded quickly, quoted the job, and had the installation done before others even responded with a quote. The price was competitive and the work was done quickly and thoroughly and neatly. The team was professional and pleasant and were done promptly. I really appreciated Steve's understanding that we had been without hot water for almost two weeks and working us into his schedule quickly. The new boiler is great so I expect to never need them again, which I suppose is a good thing.

Made sure that we understood the furnace,pricing and installation process. When they left all work areas were clean and the removed all the trash and the old,furnace That you The crew was neat,clean and professional

They are very professional . They came in 8:00 in the morning, took apart the oil furnace and oil tank, removed and replaced with a natural gas furnace and water tank. The job came out amazing and They were out by 4:00. Also they are very clean . I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Steve was on time to do the estimate and was very detailed as for the options, pros and cons for both, and answered questions as we went along. He started the job when he said he would and completed on time as well. Left the work area very clean and left clear instructions as to when old boiler was to be removed after installation of new one. I would recommend him to anyone looking for installation of a new boiler etc. Great guy!

I just had Steve and his team complete a new boiler install. Steve called and came out the same day I originally contacted home advisor. He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything to me. When it came time to scheduling the install, Steve was on vacation. He reached out and explained that he was on vacation, but would schedule something as soon as he returned and he did. His team was clean, efficient, and worked hard on a very hot day (95+). Again, he took the time to explain the new set up and equipment, confirmed the way we would like it set up, and even offered to come back after we have an electrician come in to fix some old wiring in this house. I look forward to having heat in my home come fall and I can't recommend Steve enough based on his work thus far.

Great work and excellent price

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE BEST...LOOK NO FARTHER!!! We converted to gas from oil which entailed boiler removal, oil tank removal, gas line installation, gas boiler and gas water heater installation. Steve took care of absolutely everything including submitting paperwork for a rebate! The entire project went like clockwork!!! Everything was done just as he said it would be. Steve was very professional, friendly and gave us an accurate estimate with no surprise "hidden" charges. He left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. We are very pleased with the quality of his work. What's also great is he services the whole system if we ever have any issues! Thanks SO much!!!
