Philip and his crew did such a wonderful job installing a new heat pump system in my home, I later hired them to install a power vented hot water heater. Philip and his crew did an excellent job, which included venting the unit up directly through my roof (since venting out the side of the house was not an option). I have great trust and confidence in Philip and his crew. They are timely, professional, skillful, and know what they are doing.

AS remarkable as it may sound this was the fastest and best service I have had from any vendor ever. I am a co-owner of a small restaurant. and is has become increasing difficult to get any one to service our HVAC needs. I called on Friday made an appointment for Wed., The problem worsened, Called back and a technician was at my house in 1 hour. After a thorough inspection I decided on a replacement instead of a repair. They showed up Mon at 10:30 am and were gone by 12:30. The workers were neat, polite and very easy to deal with. I will use this Co. again and recommend them to my friends and relatives. On top of this the price was VERY reasonable, and it was for the same unit.

They came within a couple of hours after the original call and they were able to complete the job quickly and accurately.

I used Angi's to get bids for installing a 4-head mini-split system while undergoing a kitchen remodel. Thankfully, Angi's was a reliable referral source, and I got 6 companies bidding. Cassana wasn't the cheapest, but Phillip, the owner struck me as earnest and reliable. He made several recommendations for my house's set up, and his crew was diligent and professional. Within 3-1/2 days, I was up and running. He was great to deal with, professional, and let me know of a previously unknown incentive rebate that save me some $3,000 on the job! No worries, and a great company to dela with--I liked them much better than some of the 'big firms' with high overhead and pressured sales practices.

I had reluctantly put in a service request through Angi's list after being shelled shocked by pricing from the bigger, more well known AC companies here locally. Philip called almost immediately, understood my emergency (no AC with small children!) and assured me his team could take the job. Within 48 hours, I had a new outdoor AC unit! Philip was fair, straightforward, personable and his crew of technicians were on task and efficient. I give him and his work the highest of recommendation.

Great! Philip was the only HVAC guy willing to work on my system without trying to sell me a full new system! I have them now on speed dial for any HVAC needs I might have in the future!

Good work no complains

My service went very well. I had my AC condensers cleaned and AC checked. This was my first time using this company as my previous business closed. I was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the workers. They patiently answered my questions and explained everything to my understanding. The owner spoke with me before, during, and after the service was completed to see that I was satisfied. Overall I was impressed and plan to continue business with them. Job well done!

Phillip was going to come do the job tomorrow. We were ok with that, but someone else was able to do it today. We did meet with Phillip this morning. He did diagnose the problem, gave us an estimate, and was extremely pleasant. We would have definitely went with his service if we were not offered to get it done today.

I called Cassana HVAC to get a quote for replacing a tank gas hot water heater. I had several questions about the configuration in my home, and the owner, Phil, was able to clearly and thoroughly answer all of my questions. Though it was not an emergency replacement, Phil had a team at my house the next day. The team found an issue with some of the existing equipment in my home, and were able to quickly adapt and replace the broken equipment. I ended up having to call Phil a couple times with various questions, and he always answered promptly and resolved all of my questions and concerns. I'm planning to hire Cassana again for another project. The total work completed was replacement of a 40-gallon hot water heater on the 3rd floor of my home, as well as replacement of a drip tray under the heater and hook up of this tray to a drain pipe.

My furnace was installed December 2014. March 15 2015 iit was not giving any heat. I have tried several times to contact Phillip Mills about the problem but I have yet to get a response. I have been heating my home since using my oven. My furnace has a 3 yr warrenty. I did not expect it to stop working this soon. Unprofessional poor business quality. I work hard for my money as does everyone and I expect my unit to be repaired. It shouldn't even have to be at this point. I'm so dissatisfied and have to find a way to have it repaired by someone else. More money out of my pocket!!
