They were on time and finished the repairs and cleanup within a couple hours. Not only was there a leak but apparently my plumbing was not up to code. Both problems were remedied quickly. The leak was bad enough that a restoration company had to come in to repair the water damage. Kyle called ahead so the remediation company had all the information. This is the second time I have used Fellowship Plumbing, for separate problems and I have been completely satisfied both times.

We recommend Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical without reservation. Kyle,the owner, delivered excellent service with a professional, courteous, caring attitude and impressive follow-through in all phases of our interaction. We found him, his employee, Eric, and their office manager (Kyle’s aunt) to be uniformly great to work with: from first contact, through assessment and estimate, to work completion. They all impressed us with their professional attitudes. We needed a new toilet, since the one we inherited constantly malfunctioned. We have a septic system so we wanted to make sure we installed something that would not strain our system but would work reliably for years. Although I had researched options for a month, I wanted to hear what a professional would say. We asked Kyle for advice. He inspired confidence during the discussion. He recommended a great fixture, and the toilet installation was done on time, efficiently, and cleanly. He and Eric left the bathroom neat and without any kind of debris, and even though the day of installation was raining heavily there was no mess at all from coming in and out—they treated our property with respect and consideration. We are seniors, and we are paying for this work out of Social Security — so the small discount they offer was welcome, but, even more importantly, the work estimate was accurate too. No “sticker shock.” So far, we are very happy with the new setup. Kyle’s business is a small one, but a more reliable and courteous business than some of the bigger outfits we have had in the past. Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. What a pleasure, then, to recommend Kyle’s Fellowship Plumbing and Mechanical. They provide an professional service from start to finish.

My bathtub drain was clogged. Unfortunately, my trusted plumber of many years had retired and moved away. I looked around on the internet and somewhat randomly chose Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical to call. Kyle showed up the next day and went to work with his power auger. Unfortunately, the bath being on the second floor resulting in lots of pipe twists and turns, the auger was unable to make the turns required to unclog the trap. The possibility now came up that he might have to come up through the ceiling on the first floor to unclog the pipe. That would have likely resulted in damage to the kitchen cabinets. So the possibility was there that this would cost me many thousand of dollars and great inconvenience. But "Wait" Kyle said, "I've got one last chance possibility". He left my house and returned a while later with a chemical only available to contractors. After 15 minutes or so, I heard a gasp of joy and the pipe was unclogged. The water is now draining at a rate not seen in years. Kyle recommended that I replace the bathtub drain strainer cover with a hair catcher strainer, which I have done. So, hopefully, I won't need a plumber in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I'll definitely call Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical.

CAUTION: Read this before you book! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED Installed a new boiler and indirect water tank. TLDR: Constractor offered no warranty, just excuses they were too busy. Cost me thousands to fix his mistake. Story... Any good contractor will do the install, then make sure that everything is running properly, and that you have heated water and everything is working in order with the heating system. right away I could already see that there were red flags and unfortunately I paid heavily for it. First the system wasn't properly purged, the contractor Kyle then blamed me for my wells poor water pressure, when there are ways around poor water pressure. any good contractor would do their homework, and make sure that you purge the system correctly, before leaving, with no corners cut. But that wasn't the case, this led to huge issues later where I was told it could be frozen piping (it wasn't). Further one of the vents was poorly sealed and already broke apart. Again just sloppy sloppy work. I heard another excuse about another review, again blaming the home owner for improper installation of the thermostat. Again poor excuses and laying blame on the owner, with the contractor taking zero responsibility. Laughable to blame a 2 watt drawing Thermostat on poor heating and plumbing installations. So instead of finding what the issue was and say, let us take a look at it, all I got were excuses. More excuses of why he wasn't liable etc. At this point I realized fighting him about this was useless, I clearly am dealing with an unprofessional contractor. Pay the extra money and use someone reputable, don't take a chance on such a big important job for your house.

Extremely satisfied, very patient, cleaned up after themselves, and punctual! I'm a senior citizen and I wasn't quite sure how to work the new hand held shower head they just installed. They took the time and explained It. The girl Cheryl in the office was so helpful and patient... when I called in she went step by step through the instructions until I understood them - she had me write them down so I can refer to them in the future. What a company. I cannot say enough good things. I was afraid to call for a plumber as i heard that plumbers are expensive. But they were fair and didn't over charge me as a senior citizen. I just love them. Don't hesitate to call them.

They gave me the knowledge needed to fix the problem. Other plumbers quoted me $450. They asked me one question and I was able to fix it on my own… for FREE. I trust them now to do other work because I know they aren’t just going to try to grab money. They actually want to help.

I can't say enough good things about Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical. Kyle and his team went about and beyond to help me when I had no heat. My system wasn't enough to heat my whole house, and Kyle gave me different suggestions keeping in mind what I could afford. His whole team bent over and backwards to accommodate my family. First mistake I made was hiring these guys when they showed up in an old Toyota Camry and new unopened tools. They made a mess of my house, stretched the job out over 2 months. The plumbing that they installed was so poorly installed he had to call another senior plumber to correct it. The bath tiles they installed started to Crack shortly after installation. Steve came back to try to fix it but after several more tiles cracked they refused to return my calls. I would not hire these guys to build a bird house.
