"Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"My daughter didn't have any hot water in the home that she purchased. Her only source of hot water was through a coil attached to the boiler. This house is very old and no one had ever thought to change out an obsolete system with a hot water heater. Anyway, the coil wasn't heating the water. it did at first, but the warm water only lasted a few minutes. We contacted a lot of plumbers and JMB Plumbing was the only one to call us right away. Jim came out and informed my daughter that the coil system is a terrible system and she should replace it with a hot water heater. So, that's what she did.
