"It took some time to find the particular problem with the toilet. It turned out to be a more complicated problem. It was leaking in the basement with possible wood rot around the base of the toilet. It turned into a bigger job and was beyond a simple problem. Needed to have the ceramic floor pulled up. Rooter man called 911 Restoration for that. Rooter man was polite, courteous, helpful, reassuring and was able to fix the other toilet problems to my satisfaction. The price for the work was reasonable and quick.
