Rob and Paul came down, assessed the problem in 2 minutes, and grabbed me a quote. Shortly after, they went to get the materials and finished the installation in about 2 hours. My issue was a leaking tub spout due to a defective shower valve. They replaced the shower valve and all in-tub fixtures (tub spout, water knob, etc.) A bit expensive in my opinion, but everything is shooting up in price lately. The work was excellent quality and I don't regret going with Rooterman. I'll definitely be calling them back if I have other needs in the future."
