We had mold in our basement and they came in and did a thorough job. Many think they can do this themselves with some vinegar. Personally I would prefer a guarantee and MOLD GUARANTEES their work. Highly recommended.

Though everyone was a pleasure to deal with at first, once I saw that their product did not work and I was smelling mold again two days after the service, I contacted them and their tech Ron came back out. He admitted to me that he may have skipped a step or two but, would gladly come back for a do over free of charge. Initially I agreed but, later declined as I remembered that I had begun wheezing and coughing due to their product circulating in the air and so I requested that they return the $950 I had spent. I explained that I had lost trust in their company and in their product which did not and does not work. As expected, all communication ceased to exist and no money has returned to date, nor have I received any lab results in over 3 weeks.

Yesterday had plumber come to repair shower valve, and he had to cut wall which revealed more mold that did not get treated by the one dry mold fogging process. I will be calling to discuss this situation.

"Thank you for the call this morning. Our technician heavily targeted that area during treatment and is confident the mold is killed as the fog works at a micro level to access all areas. Any dark spots or water damaged areas can be replaced or painted but the mold that was growing there is now dead, and unable to return. We take post treatment tests to ensure our work and will notify you as soon as the lab results come through. If there is any reason for concern in those results you are covered under warranty and we will go back to retreat at no additional cost to you. Thanks for choosing mold one!"

I had an appointment made and no show. I called 3 times and was told the tech Ron was on his way. The last call and of course they said no they needed electricity. Definitely would never recommend them to anyone very unprofessional.
