It was the 2nd inquiry going through Angi’s List when Dennis quickly responded and provided us with a quote. We are so thrilled that we went with Par Homes Services. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process and completed the work (6 recessed lights in the living room) within a short period of time. "It required special measurements and work. The new bulkhead is metal and that had to be made to order which took sometime. Just about the day they were going to make the initial part of the installation, we had a storm of hurricane force that stopped all work. They were able to get back the following Monday to pour fresh concrete for the structure. Then they had to come back another day to install the metal bulkhead. It all appears to be well. They told me what kind of special paint to put on the metal and I did that a couple of days later."

I would use John again, and would recommend him, but I would get more quotes before beginning such a large job, and get a firmer time table."
